Cabins can only be held when we get your deposit via credit card, which is the reason we call you personally. This way you do not have to enter your credit card number over the internet. Please be aware that people start calling for specific dates about the same time as they become concerned about getting their accommodations. We don't want to worry you too much but feel it is only fair to let you know that if you are checking on a cabin for the dates you want, many others are too. And, cabins are a lot like airline seats. They are not always available if you have to call back before you book. This is especially true for those people who need lodging for large groups.
For this reason, it is a good idea to book when we call if at all possible.
To hold a cabin or cabins, deposits are required and are not refundable.
